Who can attend?
The Caleb & KCM Advance is an open conference, welcoming everyone to attend. We especially encourage those connected with Caleb and KCM to make this gathering in September a priority. If you have a heart for the Kingdom of God and are committed to advancing His Word across the earth, this conference is for you.
Location, Dates & Costs
The Caleb & KCM Advance will be hosted by King’s Cross Ministries in Johannesburg, South Africa, this year – 18 Pine Road, Bedfordview.
Once you have Registered for the conference and selected the days you wish to attend, we will send you an invoice with the payment details
Cost: R175.00 per delegate per day
The conference will take place over five days, with the main sessions happening on the 25th, 26th, and 27th of September.
Wednesday, 24/09 – Evening Worship and Meet & Greet (18:00)
Thursday, 25/09 – Day 1 (09:00 – 15:00)
Friday, 26/09 – Day 2 (09:00 – 15:00)
Saturday, 27/09 – Day 3 (09:00 – 11:00) + Visit to Shamar Farm, Meyerton (Optional)
Sunday, 28/09 – Join us for our Sunday morning church service with Joburg City Church
Food
Delegates are welcome to bring a packed lunch for the day. Lunch and light refreshments can also be purchased at the venue, a menu with costs will be circulated to registered delegates.

Accommodation
If you are a delegate traveling from outside South Africa, please note that you will be responsible for arranging your own accommodation. To assist you, we will provide a list of recommended accommodation options near the venue. However, booking and payment will remain your responsibility.
Visit Shamar Farm
We invite all delegates to join us for an optional visit to Shamar Farm in Meyerton on Saturday, 27 September, immediately following the third day of the conference.
Shamar Farm is the first of the Delta Farms established by King’s Cross Ministries. It operates using regenerative farming practices, providing healthier food for communities while generating income to support the expansion of the Kingdom of God.
If you’ve ever considered starting a farm or are curious about how Kingdom-focused businesses operate, this excursion is an excellent opportunity to learn more.
Please note that there is a small cost associated with the visit. When pre-registering, be sure to indicate your interest in joining so we can plan accordingly.
